How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
