How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 5 months and counting

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
