How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 5 months and counting

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
