How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 5 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a bank teller before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
