How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
