How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 4 months and counting

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
