How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 4 months and counting

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
