How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 4 months and counting

Since my layoff as a payroll clerk I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
