How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 4 months and counting

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
