How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 4 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
