How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 3 weeks in

Since my layoff as a store manager I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
