How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 3 weeks in

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
