How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 3 months and counting

Since my layoff as an event coordinator I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
