How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 26 weeks in

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
