How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 26 weeks in

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
