How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 25 weeks in

Since my layoff as a store manager I have no real structure. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
