How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 21 weeks in

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
