How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 20 weeks in

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. I worked as a bank teller before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
