How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 2 weeks in

Since my layoff as an office manager I have no real structure. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
