How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 2 months and counting

Since my layoff as an administrative assistant I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
