How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 2 months and counting

Since my layoff as a mechanic I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
