How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 2 months and counting

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
