How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and my days blur together. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
