How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 18 weeks in

Since my layoff as a paralegal I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
