How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 18 weeks in

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
