How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a graphic designer I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
