How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 17 weeks in

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
