How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 17 weeks in

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
