How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 17 weeks in

Since my layoff as a warehouse supervisor I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
