How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 14 months and counting

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and my days blur together. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
