How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 13 months and counting

Since my layoff as a nurse's aide I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
