How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 13 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a delivery driver before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
