How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 13 months and counting

Since my layoff as a web developer I have no real structure. I worked as a web developer before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
