How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 12 weeks in

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
