How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 11 months and counting

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. I worked as a social media manager before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
