How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 11 months and counting

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
