How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 11 months and counting

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and my days blur together. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
