How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 11 months and counting

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
