How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 10 months and counting

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
