How do you handle bills on unemployment? - what worked for you?

I am $800 short each month and trying to find it. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
