How do you handle bills on unemployment? - what worked for you?

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
