How do you handle bills on unemployment? - what worked for you?

We are a household of 18 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Did lenders work with you?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $300 from a weekend of listing.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
