How do you handle bills on unemployment? - what worked for you?

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. Thank you in advance. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
