How do you handle bills on unemployment? - what worked for you?

We are a household of 7 and the budget no longer works. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
