How do you handle bills on unemployment? - what worked for you?

I am $200 short each month and trying to find it. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
