How do you handle bills on unemployment? (update)

I am $300 short each month and trying to find it. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. What helped you?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
