How do you handle bills on unemployment? (Spokane)

We are a household of 13 and the budget no longer works. I worked as a mechanic before this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
