How do you handle bills on unemployment?, line cook here

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a line cook and I am trying to cover the essentials. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
