How do you handle bills on unemployment? (Kansas City)

We are a household of 18 and the budget no longer works. I worked as a barista before this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
