How do you handle bills on unemployment? (Kansas City)

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Sell things you do not use. I made about $1050 from a weekend of listing.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
